Few suggestions that i think would be better =)

Adding warriors guild and removing defenders from shops would be very nice, also adding rfd minigame and removing gloves from shops ;p

Also removing whips and let ONLY abbysal demons drop them.

Long story short, make items that you use to pk with everyday harder to get and make people work harder for em :P
